Paguera is located in the southwest of Mallorca. In recent years, several changes have been made in the central area, including sand accumulation on Palmira beach, construction of a bypass and other traffic calming measures. The Bulevar de Paguera, the central promenade with numerous small fashion and shoe shops, jewelery and handbag shops as well as restaurants and souvenir shops, is almost car-free from 19 o’clock and turns almost into a pedestrian precinct. These measures have had a positive impact on tourism.
Most of the tourists in Paguera come from German-speaking countries. Paguera is visited in the main season mainly by families. In the low season are predominantly pensioners and middle-aged tour groups on the spot. The entertainment is accordingly geared to tourists.
In this area there are a lot of hiking opportunities in the hilly nature with pine forests. Furthermore, there are various sports and leisure activities to choose from.
LOCATION AND ENVIRONMENT
The cafe is located directly on the seafront on the beautiful beach of Paguera and has undoubtedly one of the most beautiful terraces in Paguera. The spacious open plan invites you to linger and is equally popular with beach holidaymakers and local residents alike.
During the day, guests can enjoy lovingly prepared snacks, traditional and homemade cakes and a fantastic view of the sea on the sun terrace, which is optimally oriented to the southwest. In the immediate vicinity there are the beach, hotels, fashion and shoe shops, banks, a perfumery, a hairdresser and jewelry shops.
Just recently, the operators have completely renovated the restaurant. With this object you take over an excellently functioning restaurant with everything that belongs to the operation of the café along with small and large delicacies from the fully furnished and generously designed kitchen. A second small kitchen allows the preparation of food in front of the guests. From breakfast and lunch menu over coffee and cake to the dinner menu and a chilled cocktail in the setting sun everything is possible here. Ample storage space, cooling surface, toilets, etc. are available.
The season starts in February with residents from the area as well as holidaymakers who like to come here in every season. The operators close their restaurant in December and then open in January.
