THE INVENTORY

The inventory consists of a fully equipped kitchen with Southbend 800 degrees oven, bread ovens, work surfaces, convection machines, gas stove, cold store, etc. In this kitchen everything is possible, from the standard program over homemade bread and rolls to chocolates and ice cream from our own production. The guest room includes new tables, chairs, counter, dishes, glasses, everything around, which belongs to a professional operation of a high-quality restaurant. All equipment is high quality and were largely purchased at the end of 2013. In addition to well-stocked wine and champagne stocks, the storage areas include other kitchen machines and numerous catering equipment and much more.
